Committee referrals to the following, stating that the order of referral       
was Community & Regional Affairs, State Affairs and Finance:

"An Act relating to application of the Public Employment                      
Relations Act to municipalities and other political subdivisions."             
                                                                               
HB 255 was removed from the State Affairs Committee and was                    
referred to the Community & Regional Affairs Committee.
